Christiane Wittenbecher is a frequent speaker on VR storytelling at conferences such ARD Innovation Day, Kaleidoscope VR, Leipzig Book Fair, Public Broadcasting ARD or the Media College FH St. Pölten. She also shares her VR and 360 knowledge as a workshop trainer.
As a video journalist Christiane provides the full range of video such as mobile reporting, live streaming, social media storytelling as well as performing on screen. Some of the productions Christiane has been working on for companies like Axel Springer, Spiegel Online and MDR have been awarded. One oft hem is the TV documentary “An der Grenze – 24 Stunden an den Brennpunkten der Flüchtlingskrise” (N24) which has been awarded the German Television Prize 2015 (Deutscher Fernsehpreis). The TV documentary “Der NSU-Komplex” (ARD) was recently nominated for the Grimme-Preis 2017. Furthermore she got the „Bremer Fernsehpreis“ in 2013 (MDR).
